Personal Profile

Freddie E. Taylor is an investor, entrepreneur, and philosopher.  He believes information has the power to change a life and is a basic human right of everyone. 

Mr. Taylor is Co-founder of Masterpiece Enterprises, a holding company and advocate for business and asset control.  He is an active real estate investor.  He buys residential and commercial real estate in the southern suburbs of Chicago, IL.  He holds a Bachelors of Science in Marketing and a Masters in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University.  He is a voracious reader and believer in education and considers himself a student of the Universe enjoying the journey.  He is a volunteer, Former President of Chautauqua Toastmasters in Palos Hills, a nonprofit public speaking organization, and student motivator for the Black Star Project, a children’s education based nonprofit in the City of Chicago.

Mr. Taylor is the President and Chief Appraiser for MEAD, Masterpiece Enterprises Appraisal Division.  As a Certified Residential Appraiser in Illinois and Indiana, he provides market, future, and FHA appraisals in the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana region.  He has been an appraiser since 2002.  He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and Chicago’s Association of Realtors.
