Alright, alright, so I got a knock off version of the Perfect Push Up. Call it what you want, this thing is the truth.
It came in the mail on Thursday and I used it for the first time on Friday. Wow! I must say that it is really working my chest over time. I used it again today this morning doing 100 push ups, 4 sets of 25. My plan is to do this again after I get done blogging for the day.
This is just another weapon in my arsenal of getting in shape and I believe it is going to be a great addition. My goal is to do 300 perfect push ups a day and work in some sit up work as well. I hate sit ups if I haven’t told you that before. Please believe it!
For all of you out there thinking that the Perfect Push might be too challenging, put that thought away. Check out my baby boy getting down. Well, he never does his push ups the right way. LOL! It always looks like he is doing something else because all he moves up and down is his hips. I will let your imagination figure that one out, but that is alright. My little man is working and that is all that matters.
This work out thing is great. So far, I have lost 9 pounds and really feel like I have rediscovered my self in the process. I am really glad I signed on to this challenge and more importantly, I am glad that I am taking it seriously!
