Greetings everyone,
It is officially a new day here at FreddieTaylor.com, AKA Thought is Possibility. I thought that would take a moment and let you know what is on my mind and where I am going.
The Website.
The layout of the website and how I am actually going to attack this new undertaking is weighing on my mind. I have a new theme that I am using, but am not totally sold on it, but have resolved to keep it in place until I have reached my first goal for the site. The first goal is a subscriber number, which at the moment we are a long way away from that.
Videos.
I am flirting with using videos on my site. I am inspired by Normal Joe of ImWithJoe.com, a great site on Internet marketing and life. This guy Joe is hilarious! I have been following his site for a few weeks now and he has double his subcriber count since then and I suspect the growth will continue. I really enjoy how he is totally transparent and being himself. If you get a chance check him out and let him know that Freddie sent you.
Nevertheless, if I go the video route, it would have to be something original. I love what Joe is doing, but I too want to be my own marketer. I have a background in Toastmasters International, a nonprofit public speaking and communications organization, and a passion for presenting material, so I think I am going to use that to my advantage.
As of now, the idea is to conduct weekly or bi-weekly motivational videos that will appear in the right column at the top of the side bar. These videos would be anywhere from 5 to 7 minutes and be purely motivational for my target market of entrepreneurs and Internet marketers. I will keep you posted on my development here.
