Congrats on getting stuff done Freddie! I’m also getting back to the gym regularly immediately after he holiday (I’m out of town for it).

@ Ben – That is a good point. May have to look into that. However, it appears that a great opportunity is presenting itself for this site. I was contacted in private by someone to work with and build the site together. I like the idea and am going to pursue. You know how I do it, I will share the details when the time is right.

@ Franklin - Yeah, I have to get back into commenting. I fell off as I learned more and more about the blogosphere, but now is the time to return with passion. @ Neal - Thank you for the kudos on the book. It was a lot of fun and yes, I would call it a success as well. Just got to keep building on it. The Hemp site got me down a bit, but I am planning two more flips to shake it off and make some more money. Bummer that your Christmas site didn't sell. I thought for sure that was going to be a good earner. Sweet that you are in the PepperJam contest finals. Good luck and yes, I will be taking you up on that offer to for insight on the Store.
