Suzanne, I might be trembling about the race, but I will do it trembling. It is this Sunday and I can't wait to get it over with. LOL! Should be a great experience. We get to run along the Lake Front in Chicago. Awesome!

As for the video, glad I could motivate as usual. That is definitely the aim around here. I am enjoy doing it and it makes people get a little more fired up to share their gifts. Glad you are sharing yours and stay in the fight with your trainer, sure you are going to love the results!

In fact, when I first saw the title I was thinking you were trembling from your run … I was trembling while do my arm workout today and she (Miss Melanie) kept pushing me past where I thought possible!
