Today I just wanted to give you a first hand view of what I have been up to for the past 9 weeks or so. Running!
No, I haven’t been running from anyone, but I have been running to get my health in order. If you follow me on Facebook, and you should, or this blog then you are well aware of my slogan, HEALTH IS WEALTH! But what I want you to know is that this is not just fast talk and good times, but I am seriously out here getting my mileage done, eating right, and trying hard to take care of my body.
This video was done to just give you an update on where I am and how I feel about the upcoming half marathon that I am running on Sunday.

Dang! You be holding me all accountable now
I like it.
Good luck for Sunday, mate. It has been good to track your progress. I agree with you on the 21 to 31 shift. I turned 31 today and for the first time in my life I am actually feeling my age. Looking forward to doing Chi City with you next year. Keep up the good work.
P.S I laughed out loud at the 'Honey Do' list!!!
Yeah, man, I am looking forward to running the Chicago marathon with you.
Happy B Day! And you are already feeling your age. Believe me, I know the feeling. So we must continue to take care of ourselves so we don't feel older than we have to.
And the Honey Do list can get out of control sometimes. I am sure you know what I am talking about, but it's all good.
Thanks for the comment and support!
Wow! Mot-i-VATE me!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm still on track with my daily workouts w/Miss Melanie … an hour to an hour and a half of pure awesome amazing tourture! LOL … she says week 6 I'll see a huge difference (I'm finishing week 3) and I can't wait to see what happens. Keep up the great work … and I'm so proud of you for doing this … truly! *huGs* Suzanne
Suzanne, thanks for the comment here on the blog. Yes! Working out makes you feel so much better and the feeling of accomplishment that you get is great. I will keep you posted on my half marathon and you let me know how the work is coming along.
Oh yeah, if all you need is a little motivation, I got you here on FreddieTaylor.com. That's what I am all about!
Awesome, Brother. Keep getting it in…it encourages others.
Thanks, Sherard! Will do and I am always glad to inspire!
