Greetings Blog Family,

It is going to be a short week here at FreddieTaylor.com. I am going out of town for the weekend starting on Thursday. A little mini-vacation, nothing like Brilliant Jeni who has been on vacation for 4 months, for me before I really ramp up my Internet marketing efforts. Just wanted to give you a heads up before I bounced for the weekend only to catch up with some old friends and enjoy life a little bit. You have to do that from time to time.

Blogosphere Link Love

There is nothing like a little Link Love to get the juices flowing, so allow me to share with you what I have been reading Around the Blogosphere lately:

1) 30 Tips For Exploding Your Site Traffic - My man Sly at SlyVisions.com has a very strong list of tips for growing the traffic to your blog. The great thing about the post is that he doesn’t waste your time and gets right to the list with a little commentary to guide you as well. Check him out.

2) What’s on Your RSS Reader? - Danny, from Linker’s Blog, produced an excellent resource for bloggers with his post about your RSS Reader. He list the main sites in his RSS Reader and encourages others to do the same in the comments. At the end of the day, this is growing to be a resource for bloggers to find new blogs to follow and learn more great information.

3) A Lack Of Data And Rash Decisions Equals Lost Money  - Mattaw, from Money Bites, provides solid insight into allowing your promotions and projects a chance before pulling the plug. You are launching products, websites, and promotions, but are you giving them ample time to perform. Check out this article to gain some insight as to why it may be a wise decision to allow a project to live even though it may be losing money for you in the short run.

4) The Truth About Cats And Blogs - Adam, from Creadiv.com, has a great post title first of all. Then, he follows it up with some interesting discussion about the truth about blogging. He ends the discussion with a question about how has blogging for money gone for you? Many people are talking about their first months blogging. Cool article, check him out!

5) Are you a web prostitute? - Come on, you have to read this one, right? Frogster, or Ben, from Frogster.com, has a very interesting post and questing running. I will not even ruin this one by giving you a lot of insight. You just have to check this one out. It is funny, well written and makes for a great question to ask yourself.

The Week Ahead

I know it is kind of early to be thinking about next week, but again I am going out of town. The coming week excites me because I learned so much this week that I am bursting at the seems. Also, the couple of days away from my computer are going to do me swell. I just know it.

My notebook will be travelling with me, so it will not be total time away from my Internet Marketing business, but I don’t want it to be a complete shut off. I really enjoy this business and have a strong, burning desire (shout out to my Napoleon Hill fans) to complete and live this goal.

Branding My Direction

You may have noticed that I am sporting a new logo up top and have some snazzy new graphics for my main, regular post. It is all part of my new direction. I shouldn’t call it new, but confirmed direction.

See, in my recent post, Monday’s Motivational Moment - Go Before You’re Ready - I was urging my Blog Family to push forward with their projects. To stop all the second guessing and get it started.

The truth is I was talking to myself also. I have been prepping this new beginning for some time now and really just doing the classic, Procrastination by Perfection. I found every reason in the world to say, I am not ready. When the truth is that I am over prepared.

No More Delays

From now on Blog Family, I am going to be aggressive in my quest to make this IM dream come true. No more wasted time. I will return with a new energy and vigor that has been unseen around these parts of the Blogosphere.

Join me and renew your passion and enthusiasm for your business! I know you want it, let’s go get it!

Whattya talkin’ about Freddie? Jeni works every day, all day, 20 hours! It’s just, her job consists of tweeting, plurking, networking, and eating microwaved pineapple wrapped in bacon.

Don’t let her fool you into believing she’s on vacation man!

Great articles Freddie! Thanks for the heads up!

    Cheers!

@ Word Vixen – I will be watching and taking notes! I know you got big plans. The evil maniacal laughter is cracking me up.

@ Normal Joe – Thanks, man, I am going to enjoy it. Already can’t wait until I get back so I can get down to business. Yeah, I am sure Jeni has her fun, but she works perhaps smarter, not harder.

@ Suite J – Yeah, I have to get hip to Tweeter (got an account), plurk, squidoo, all of those networking items soon. Jeni doesn’t fool me. I know she is doing something right, can’t be all vacations and holidays.

@ Sly – My pleasure, keep the great content coming!

Yeah Ben, it was a good post, plus the title was juicy!!! Not that we are a tabloid universe here in the blogosphere, but it definitely helps, obviously right?
