Ok, as of this video I, I am on day 75 of P90x. But I wanted to get a video in before the new year, so here I go.
Overall, this is a wonderful 90 day workout program for anyone wanting to gain control of the physical fitness and health. But a word of caution, this is a serious, high impact, high intensity workout routine for 90 straight days.
If that worries you, then maybe you should look into P90, which is a lessor version of the more extreme P90X. There is a difference.
